REQUIREMENTS
Each student will prepare a 1-2-page review of the East Lansing Ordinance. So, the following questions must be addressed:
Firstly, Did the Ordinance designate certain zoning districts for these facilities?
Secondly, Are these facilities permitted as-of-right or do they need a Special Use Permit?
