The letter should explain or react to I/O Psychology topics discussed in class in an interesting, individual way. Address the letter to your future self as a leader. It should be in your own voice and about what you have learned has meant to you – how this learning has affected your outlook, understanding, and/or worldview of the workplace. As a future leader, what will you do to ensure a healthy, safe workplace.
Your letter should be between 2 and 4 pages long and be typed in 12-point font and double spaced. Letters should be submitted through Canvas under the assignment portal. I will read and grade each letter based on factual content, originality/insight, and grammar/spelling.
