  1. If possible, try and identify the companies crisis strategy based on how the situation was managed.
  2. What do you believe the company did well during the crisis?
  3. What do you believe the company did wrong during the crisis?
  4. Did the company use social media? If so was it good or bad?
  5. Now put yourself in the companies shoes. What would you have done during the crisis? Make sure to write out your own strategy and how you would have approached the situation from start to finish. Make sure to include an approach to digital communications and social media.
