Photographic Schedule of Condition
Prepare now the supporting photographic schedule which must be cross referenced in the table to the text descriiption. You should consider the needs of the users of your report, who may never have visited the campus before. Your schedule should include a location map, redline of the campus, and green field location (OS Digimap) plus context images to allow a third-party reviewer to find and check your work. Your images should be supported with, arrows or similar used to identify any key feature or defect identified in the text section within either elevation that could be confused in five years time with construction related damage.
