 You need to identify and outline the central problematic case you are focusing on. Furthermore, it is also necessary to briefly introduce the key protagonists and symptoms. 

Please provide enough background information related to your organisation so that the problem can be situated in a broader context. Overall, the case must be described in a way that is informative and factual. Part B.

 Case Analysis This is the main part of the essay. It is dedicated to problem analysis, in search for causation and final diagnosis. You are expected to keep in mind the following aspects as part of your Case Analysis: ?
