Firstly, assume your team is working on the relaunch of TBPC and your team’s immediate goal is to select a new marketing campaign just for TBPC. Secondly, your team is at the point in this project of choosing a national marketing campaign from several concepts. Also, your team’s authority extends to all product marketing decisions (e.g., packaging, label, promotion). In this role you are well aware that you and your team members have no authority to make, or even to suggest, changes to the product itself.
