Explaining Diversity: Diversity is the mosaic of people who bring a variety of backgrounds, styles, perspectives, values, and beliefs as assets to the groups and organizations with which they interact. (Imagine All the People – and you!)
As a maintenance manager or an entrepreneur, how do you plan to create a comprehensive work environment, which welcomes diversity and those who are different from the ‘mainstream’ that allows individuals to utilize their talents in a mutually satisfactory way?
Write and explain in this discussion, what would be your plan to create and motivate the multicultural workforce. Why and how your idea will be different from the underlying challenge in generating a term of ethical treatment from someone else.
