Search the databases for either a quantitative or qualitative research study. It is best to try to choose a study that is transparent about the research design. This means that the article itself lists the design that was used. It does not matter if the study is quantitative or qualitative, but try to avoid studies that are low on the hierarchy of evidence. In other words, for this assignment try not to choose case studies, expert opinion, mixed methods studies, or studies that do not have a clear design. Choosing these types of studies is not wrong, but it can make the assignment more difficult than it needs to be.
