At times, team members may have a resistance to doing something new or changing their processes to meet the needs of implementing a new strategy.

 Leaders must be the ones to convey the value and reasons why the​‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍​ change is necessary. Think of an example in which you were asked to change something in a work process.
