Clearly state which case study you are using. Part 1: describe and analyze the change Concisely describe the change

 What is the current situation?

 What is the intended change?

Why is this change being made?

How do you measure the change?

 What is your change target?

Who is affected by the change?

Who is responsible for the change?

What are limiting factors (deadline, critical processes, laws, management decisions, budget, …)?

What are risks/opportunities?

What are the forces for and against the change?

Part 2: plan the change Using either the Kotter model, McKinsey Mod‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍el or ADKAR model, analyze the change and answer at least below questions.

? Why is this model applicable to this change? ?

What are relevant activities to achieve the change, and what steps/factors/elements are needed to achieve the change? ? What are possible barriers, and how can they be overcome? ?

Who should be involved in achieving the change?

Justify each of your answers using the chosen model. Part 3: use nudge theory to support the change In addition to the above, also describe an intervention based on Nudge Theory that can help to achieve the change.

Explain which mechanisms, concepts or heuristics as described by Kahneman are used in this nudge. Executive Summary Summarize your whole plan (Parts 1, 2 and 3) in a one-page management summary‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍.
