Each student will select ONE specific disease/condition of interest from the diseases/conditions discussed in the course for this for the assignment. Each student will create a fictional patient scenario or find a real-life case study of a patient with the selected disease/condition. Each student will use the ICF classification system to help the team of healthcare professionals understand how to care for the patient. Please use Table 1-1 under Structure of the ICF in Chapter 1 to describe key areas for the patient.
